In 1959 from a one-car garage, Leonard Rudroff started a heating and air conditioning company that grew year by year. Spurred on by Leonard's hands-on service and Georgia's careful front  office  management,  the  company continued to grow.

In 1997, Leonard and Georgia sold the business to their daughter Renee. Under Renee's leadership the company continued to expand.

Christmas in October each year and we have an ongoing discount for customers who donate canned food for the local food pantry.

In 2003, Rudroff Heating & Air Conditioning was chosen as one of the top 25 companies employing less than 25 people in the Kansas City area by Small Business Monthly magazine.

In May 2006, Rudroff Heating & Air Conditioning and Renee Kerckhoff were mentioned on the floor of the U.S. Senate as the Senate debated health insurance costs for small businesses. Renee was also featured in two national magazines in 2006: SNIPs and Women in Business.

We are licensed in our hometown of Belton as well as in many of the surrounding communities. We are also members of several trade organizations and we continually upgrade our skill set with both in-house training and continuing education classes.
